What is the proposed startup budget?
The proposal lists a minimum US$1,000 first-month investment for dropshipping and US$5,000 for the first two months of white-label development. These are operating budgets, separate from any management fee and additional costs.
What does the white-label budget cover?
The plan describes research, supplier shortlisting, sample and quality planning, product specifications, branding and packaging, inventory and fulfilment planning, and listing preparation. The precise allocation is approved with you first.
Are the profit targets guaranteed?
No. They are planning targets. Actual results depend on product economics, competition, fulfilment, fees, advertising, refunds and sales. The percentage calculation must be defined in writing before work starts.
Can I continue, change or pause after the first two months?
Yes. The plan leaves further investment and product expansion to your decision. Any additional product, advertising or operating costs are approved in advance.
How do you report performance?
We agree a schedule and report revenue, product costs, platform fees, advertising, shipping, refunds and returns, inventory where relevant, and realized profit separately from forecasts.
